Hairstyling is back—along with increased socialising and appreciation for aesthetic

The resurgence of hairstyling is upon us! Thanks to lessening COVID-19 restrictions and warmer weather, people are itching to get out and about more than ever. The summer of 2022 is a time to socialize. According to the Morning Consult, 66% of U.S. adults feel comfortable socializing with people in public places. The number of product launches in North America released for hairstyling increased 27% from 2020 to 2021 (Mintel GNPD). The sales of hair styling agents are predicted to increase 14.3% from 2020 to 2022 (Euromonitor).
