20 Volume Cream Developer for Liquid Colourant

This formula is similar to our current developer BW-45, made simpler, safer and easier to manufacture. Volarest™ FL is used in this formula as a thickener, which is liquid thin in the developer but thickens when mixed with the colourant to provide a non-drip hair colour mixture.
