This Whipping Gloss is a simple and basic lip gloss formulation using Moonshine® Effect Pigments. The Moonshine® Colour Travel Series are multi-colour shifting effect pigments that can be used to produce a fantasy colour lip gloss. Loading high dosage of CrolatumTM VL provides a whipping and bouncy texture. CrolatumTM VL increases adhesion and hydrates the lip.(JP0181)
