This sun protection lotion is made with only physical filters and provides effective protection and low skin irritation to meet consumer needs for “clean” sunscreens. Solaveil™ CT-100 is a titanium dioxide oil dispersion with light sensory. Due to its controlled particle size distribution, it has a clear appearance on the skin. Solaveil MZ3-100 is a zinc oxide oil dispersion that provides both UVA and UVB protection to prevent photo-ageing. Due to its special platelet morphology, this “non-nano” zinc oxide also has a clear appearance on the skin. The emulsifier combination of Cithrol™ PG32IS and Cithrol DPHS not only provides excellent emulsifying capability, but also makes this W/O lotion easy to spread with light and smooth feeling. Arlamol™ HD is a light emollient to give a smooth skin feel. Crodamol™ PC and Crodamol IPIS give a nourishing feel to the skin. Syncrowax™ BB4 and Crodacol™ C90 help to build the structure and improve formulation stability.
