The initiatives undertaken by Crodarom are contributing towards the SDG for worldwide Good Health and Wellbeing which promotes healthy lifestyles, preventive measures and modern, efficient healthcare for everyone.
Having made the wellbeing of its employees a permanent concern ever since its creation, Crodarom fosters within its corporate culture, a family spirit demonstrated by several annual events. Pushing this principle one step further, since 2018 Crodarom has organised days dedicated to wellbeing, stress management and addiction prevention actions.
The objective of the wellbeing days is to raise employees’ awareness of psychosocial risks and to stimulate a positive collective atmosphere and work motivation. The intention of the company is to encourage, within the professional environment, the development and understanding of how employees can enhance their wellbeing at work. To achieve this change, employees are being given tools that will help them prevent the physical, psychological and emotional consequences which may result from occupational and personal stress. The activities during these days have been selected to meet these different goals, for example:
- Physical activities to promote the benefits of sport for health and wellbeing.
- Workshops facilitated by a nutritionist, an osteopath, a sophrologist and a yoga instructor.
- Intervention on sleep and addictions delivered by occupational physicians and psychologists.
- Screening of informative videos on stress.
Thanks to the participation of employees, Crodarom is proud to announce a very positive result. Their employees appreciate the change of professional context, as well as the discussion, sharing and discovery processes.
