We operate globally, with 36 offices worldwide and operational locations specifically chosen in Africa, Asia, Latin America, North America and Europe, all of which enhance our knowledge of local markets, ensuring that we can facilitate close customer working relationships.
Our Asian headquarters are located in Singapore, where the CTC (Collaboration & Training Centre) has recently launched. This state of the art facility includes a customer demonstration centre and is equipped with industry leading product validation and claims substantiation labs. The EMEA region is our most diverse region and we continue to work hard to understand its growing sophistication and complexities. Our Centre of Excellence in Africa, has both an efficacy and a formulation lab, with a hair salon and a temperature controlled skin and hair testing facility. Alongside our six sales offices across in the Latin American region, we also have local labs in Mexico and Brazil guaranteeing excellent service for our customers. North America has a number of manufacturing sites located across the United States, with a real focus on sustainability, in particular at our Atlas Point site. This is a site in which 75% of the manufacturing energy comes from land fill gas and solar. It is also home to our bio-based surfactant plant, the very first plant of this type in North America.
This diverse range of Global Expertise gives us a real insight into what local markets and consumers want. It allows us to tailor our testing, claims and capabilities to specific hair and skin types and most importantly, it helps us to develop Beauty for All.
