Margosa is a tree which has been used for a long time in traditional Indian agriculture and medicine.
The plant is really well-known for its insect repellent properties and the therapeutical use of the plant have been laid down in classical texts of Ayurveda.
The tree may live for more than 200 years. The leaves are rich in polyphenols and terpenoic actives.
By its antiseptic and tonic properties, Margosa supports the restriction of dilated pores and is also recommended as an anti-inflammatory active. It is mainly used to treat skin problems like acne or inflamed scalp.
