Polyoxyethylene fatty ether derived from stearyl alcohols designed to emulsify and produce stable dispersions of cosmetic materials. Forms liquid crystals with Brij S721, Arlamol PS15E & cetostearyl alcohols to produce stable o/w emulsions.
